Question Lug Size and Torque?

I am going to ther track Fri (2001 L) and my new rims and slicks use 7/8 lugs, but the stock lugs seem a bit smaller. Are the stock lugs 7/8 or 21mm? What is the recommended wheel torque? I may get a set of the torque sockets for both lugs and cordless impact wrench to make the swap at the track easy.
