Fuel Filter question

do u need a tool to take the lines of the filter or can u do it without one? like can i take the lines of by hand without a tool? Thanks

you can do it with a flat screwdriver but i bet you can mess something up, plus its a pain in the ***. but i did it my first time like that. the "tool" is very cheap so i would just get that.

Get the tool to get the gas lines off, pretty inexpensive and it will make the change easier.

Yes you will need a fuel line disconnect tool to release the spring loaded coupler to the fuel line..

You can get one from various parts stores, usually around $15.00 I believe.. Snap-On sells them too, but they are ridiculously priced at nearly $30.00
