Installed dash Kit today.

Installed this dash kit to compliment the billet. Many more pieces to be installed including coverage on the overhead console, console doors and steering surround.

I am the guinea pig for this one and am pretty happy with the results. If anyone is interested I can post more pics as I go.

Lew,

Have a Sonic Blue myself. I like that look. Who makes that kit?

Here is an ebay auction from the same vendor. But.. he is redesigning from my input, and will use my pics on future auctions once it's complete. Many pieces shown aren't used in our trucks (sunroof for one, and there are some other unidentified pieces there that must be for the standard f150). I will use the scrap pieces to make some other trim covers from.

Very sweet pieces. This is what our trucks should have looked like from the factory.

Bear in mind that these are not metal pieces. They are more like an aluminized carbon fiber material. I have seen some other kits but they are way too blingy for me. I really just wanted to break up the interior a little and got a litle carried away.

There is even a large piece included that covers the center console cupholder (on the 03' at least), but I didn't install in because your arm would feel the edge of the piece. I am working with him to delete that and incorporate the overhead console into the kit.

Looks really good dude...just one question. That lightning bolt on the passenger side airbag....if the bag blows...isnt that bad-boy gonna come shootin' at the poor basta*d in the passenger seat? I mean, the airbag deploys in a fraction of a second...I would think the stickum holding it on would give out and your passenger would be having it surgically removed from their frontal lobe... Looks sweet though...

Aside from the SHAZAM! lightning bolt, everything looks good. Nice job.

I like the brushed aluminum look a LOT better than that bling bling chrome some have.

Looks very tasteful.
