Welcome Fox
AND CONGRATS

I would just tell you to spend some time here,
Listen and learn,
And when your comfortable and ready,
You Absolutely want
Filter
Chip-n-Pulley (4lb)

You should do the filter 1st
"You will" hear, feel, and see a difference.
More Boost, More Whine, More HP/ Power

Then you need to do Colder Spark Plugs, Pulley, and Chip
All at the same time

MAN OH MAN YOU CAN FEEL THAT ONE

Q about the Pulleys. Should i buy Upper and Lower pulleys or just one of the 2? And, when i obtain the parts u fellas recommended, where do you recommend i get them put on? SVT Dealership? Regular Ford dealership? or just some other place. I live in a pretty rural area, Bryson City for those who know where that is and i don't really trust any of these guys with my L. But if any of you guys know of a good spot to goto in Western/Central NC plz pass the info THx

Me and Gator both have upper and Lower Pulleys, plenty of others too of course. I run a 4lb lower and sometimes I add the 2 lb Upper (it's a quick change)

But I would recommend you install a 4lb lower, maybe a quick change set up.
A 2lb upper is great I started there, but within days I ordered the lower, Safe yourself the money and go right for the lower.

I installed every mod I have myself, and I'm an old man as they say

Mod's aren't every HARD to install, just time and effort. If your willing to put a good amount of time into installing the parts, then you should be able to do it just fine. Good luck with the truck... You definitely picked a fine vehicle to play with!

Chip, pulley, filter are all very easy to install yourself with basic hand tools. Even a first timer can do it with good instructions. Good luck with whatever you decide to do and like RobG said, spend some time on the boards and you will learn alot.

I think 3.73s would also make driving around more fun. Also a shift kit of some sort (FT/LFP vbody is what I would recommend)

Congrats on the new toy! Hell my names Adam also and i'm only 19 so i guess i'm(young and wreckless) too Yea I'd go with the Chip,Filter and pulley to get the most right away. But put all mods on yourself and take them all off before going in for any major warrenty work just to be safe. Just look around the sight and you will learn soooo much about the truck. And once you go to the track with some of these guys you can really see what these trucks can do and have a blast at the same time.
