I just recieved a call from a credit card place and Im approved. It will probably be a $5000 limit card. What mods should I get? I was thinking of doing a built block, but my L ( a 2000) has only 26,000 miles on it. For sure Im geting Longtubes and Crower cams, but what else? A new K/B from JLP? I dont like NOS thats cheating. I would like to have a mid 11s L , I need some thinking to do, what do you guys think?

 

Don't bury yourself in debt just because you can with a credit card.

Good credit will be worth it in the future.

 

With that kind of attitude, I would cut up that credit card and save yourself some grief.

 

that's why i pay for everything i can with cash i only use my credit card for small stuff and pay it off right away to build credit

 

take it from me. be sure you can pay off that card within 6 months.

I would get a built block. save all the other mods for later

 

Well Ive been thinking about it, Ill just cancel the card save up and get the longtubes and cams. I just recieved a 2.7 upper today to go with my 5# lower im just waiting for the my chip to get back.

 

Fill the card up and worry later.

 

Definitely don't get yourself in debt... too many bad stories with CC's an debt!

I know what you guys mean, (2000 L, wifes 2003 Tahoe, new house) do I need to say more. Ill just pay off my sons raptor this year and get a loan, lower interest rate.
