KB dyno results and new times

went to the dyno friday, thanks to, STRUCKinAZ and TECHNODYNE in tempe. max horse power with SAE correction was 465.8 hp. Uncorrected was 474.9 hp and 555 torque at 14 psi and stock ABU2 ecm A/F was 12.5 from mid to 12.2 at max rpms. At 12 psi hp was 436.8 and tq was 502.4 SAE A/F was 12.0. stock ABU2, basically 60 horsepower bolt on from last time i dyno'd. Went to track later that evening first run engine hot , half to 3/4 throttle in first gear, then hammering after shift into second .run was a 12.92 at 110 , hot lapped it around to staging lanes second run a 12.90 at 111mph same first gear throttle as i did before, 2.2 60 ft 1st time 2.1 60ft second run let it cool down for an hour , track went away spun real bad last two runs 13.1 and13.2. just street nittos and still no chip.

Not bad! Pretty sweet! Knock those 60ft's down and you've got some decent times!

Been through one ventilated block because of a chip , put every mod back on truck after new motor except the chip and it held together for 7000 miles thats longer than 30 miles the orginal engine did when i put the chip in on the street side , until i can control the parameters of mixture and timing and shift points myself or find somebody to give exactly what i want, not going to happen.

It just seems that at your 450+ HP level and 12.5 A/F numbers that your asking for another ventilated block. Do you already have a built motor??

That would be scary if he had advanced timing thrown into the mix. With stock timing, he should still be OK.

Why are your SAE corrected numbers higher than your uncorrected ones?

Did I read this right ? You are running a 6 pound lower and a 3.25" upper. That should be way more than 12-14 pounds of boost. Most of the guys around here are running a stock lower and a 3.25 upper on the street ( Ca 91 octane ) and making about 13 pounds of boost. I would think that you would be making about 18 pounds of boost with your setup. Skip
