installing a psp 2lb pulley as we speak and im down to one of the last things that is putting the belt back on. i cannot seem to get the stock belt back on and finding the new belt you can buy is impossible where i live i would appreciate any tips on getting the stock belt back on thanks RYAN

 

Some people say to break the stops on the tensioner get get alittle more slack. I had not done that, I had removed both idlers and put the belt then slipped the idlers back on, much easier than fighting with the other pulleys!!!

 

I took the tensioner Off mine And cut the tab off. This way
any time you need to change the belt it EZ.

If you put the belt over the snout pulley before routing it through the smooth pulleys just below the snout, it fits just fine. It's a little tight though.

 

I put the belt on the lower pulley and then on the supercharger. However, i removed the ideler pulley's first then put them in after the belt is on. They go on very easy after the belts are on.
