I went to Norwalk last night for the test and tune. A couple of years ago if I showed up at 6:00 p.m. I could get 3 or 4 runs with no waiting, and then another 5 or 6 the rest of the night. It was a good way to practice reaction time. Last night was very crowded. It was about 55 degrees and nice out. They gave us a punch card. Then they would announce - "street tires, line up for the punch 1 race" - or slicks or bikes or whatever. I got 4 runs in by about 9:15. I could have got one other run in before closing time if I wanted to wait. Norwalk is a great track, and it was very organized, but I think next time I'll go to Dragway 42 and I'll probably get as many runs in as I want.

I wish we had those problems in NJ. We go to Englishtown and are LUCKY enough to get 2 passes in the entire night. 3 hours sitting in the staging lanes betwen runs sucks.
