metco uppers

how many rounds of preload is to many 1-2-3. I got mine on today and set them at 1 round but i thinik it needs more.

The thread cited refers to lowers. I asked if the inverse applies to uppers. No response, even after a ttt.

I cant get the adjusters to move now on one side. It is froze up. Is there anyrthing i can do?

He said in another post he had 'uppers' with no wheel hop--on his 4.6L p/u--but he might have the adjusting down pat???
