Need ECM help fast!!

I did one of the dumbest things I have ever done in my 30 years, and now it looks as though I have lost my ECM. I was having trouble for some reason with my Diablo chip and being mad I reached over and jerked the module out of the computer while it was running. Of course the truck died just like that and now it will not start. I don't have a clue on what to do, can it be reflashed or do I have to buy a new one? Did I mess up the chip also? Any help would be appreciated. Oh and please no dumb a** jokes. I knew it when I did it but I let anger get the best of me.
Thanks Mike

Disconnect the battery ... let it set 15 minutes or so....
Then try ... There was a post a while back about how
to go about resetting the PCM but I think it was just in jest.
Something about running around the truck four times,
turning the window washers on and off.....you know....

Good luck ... That matches some of the "1 D 10 T" things
that I have pulled.....

Well I'm digging through some past threads right now and noticed one that had the THEFT light flashing. Mine is doing that, will leaving the cable off fix it or will I have to do something else?
Thanks Mike

I had the battery unplugged for a little over a hour, but that didn't work. The theft light is definitely flashing after it pauses. Is there anything I can do or do I need to contact my Dealer. The problem is I can't get the truck back to the Dealer.

Depending on what you have done, pulling the chip out of the ecm with the power on, and running can lead to bad things that is why they tell you to take loose the battery when your putting the chip in. If the theft light is flashing, there is really only one way to fix it (if it works) turn the key in the ignition to run, and let it sit if somehow you trigger the theft module this will reset it (assuming it remembers the keys) otherwise you will have to go into the HEC and set the keys (which necessitates an NGS)

If its under warranty they will tow it for you for free. Call fords roadside assitance. As I said turn the key to on for up to an hour. If the theft light is still flashing it will need a dealer to reset it. If it goes solid then it will revert and run like it did before.
