Please explain to me what the hell EGR is. Exhaust Gas Recirculation. Yeah I know the name (I think), but outside that, I don't know where the hell it goes in my amature understanding of engines.
Maybe this thread will turn out to be a great resource piece or a dumb *** question, but I had to ask. I've seen this in discussions of the PowerWave SuperCharger, et. al. This I grasp, but the EGR I don't. As far as I know the exhaust goes out the header thru a cat and out a (hopefully) good sounding muffler. (If you want, toss a turbo in that line).
