well the mods on put on cut down on some of the weight from the front end.

then i took off the hitch, spare, spare tire crank/lift, no jack, or jack bar.

but i added some weight with the undercoating, below the rail lock box, small fiberglass wing, billet stuff in the cab, amp, subs, traction bars

i think i'll ask the people at the dump how much i weigh, next time i go

would that be insane if the truck was a stripped down v-6 with a 5-speed that ran 15.7?

oo oo tell me. was it hard? me and a friend suppose to tackle this job when we have time. i'm wanting to remove all of it and run a shorter a/c belt.

You would have to remove/replace a whole lot of parts to get under 4000lbs. Removing the bed may get you close.
