Oil Pressure not Temp Right?

The left top gauge is OIL PRESSURE not TEMPERATURE right? I was looking through ebay and came across an auction for a 99L and check out this quote

"...Scanning from left to right, you find small fuel and oil temperature gauges; a 140 mile per hour speedometer..."

from here.

Yes it's for Oil Pressure and I wouldn't call it a gauge exactly. More like an on/off dummy light.

I've heard that that is right, aparently the sending unit voltage is such that it either reads right down the middle or none at all. Maybe someone who knows better can verify that. For what it's worth, the sedning unit can be swapped with one from a 97 or earlier truck and it will at least give a variable reading. Don't remember where I read that, but I saw it somewhere.
