I am almost loathe to ask this, but I am not trying to start anything. I sent JL my JL Diablo chip on March 24 via UPS 2nd day air along with a letter explaing the burn I wanted (you all might remember the thread where I was asking advice on this). So they should have got it awhile ago. I emailed yesterday and today with no response. I am sure this is gearing up to be a busy time of the year with people like me taking their trucks out of storage, but I guess being in the IT industry as the head of the IT department, I am used to responding to inquiries right away via email, phone, whatever. So, I am honestly just wondering how long it takes them to get back to a person? Thanks

 

When I emailed him last week I received a reply within 24hrs and a follow up email response within a few hours. I believe he has a phone so you might try calling him if it's urgent.

 

JL seems to reply to emails late at nights........

I know they are getting ready to head down to GA today so maybe they have been getting ready for that>??? I spoke with Sue yesterday and Johnny today and they said they were very busy with getting ready to leave. Hope that helps. -Mat-

You should talk to him on the phone anyway
BEFORE he re-burns your chip. He usually calls to make sure
your both on the same page before a re-burn anyway

I called yesterday and the answering machine said they were out of town at a race. Thats probably why you havn't gotten an answer.

Thanks for the replies. Anyways, I didn't call because I hate talking on the phone, much rather prefer email. Also because it wasn't life threatening or anything. Anyways, got the chip today will install tonight. I had a ABU213PD program and now I am the proud owner of a ABU2T02 program, whatever that means! Anyone out there have this program burned, happy with it?
