KenneBell Boost a Spark adjustment

Anyone have any ideas on how this device is supposed to be adjusted?

For fuel or spark? For fuel I run it about half way when racing. I don't have one hooked up for spark, but I think I see most people run it on like 40.

I connected it to the pressure sensor. Is it better to hook it up to the pressure sensor or bypass it?

Why don't you call Kenne Bell for tech help?

I bypass the pressure sensor and just turn it up about half way when I'm getting on it. I think it's easier on the pumps that way.

Maybe if someone else has the same question and I can get the answer online there will be a record and anyone can look it up.

There would be no use for an F150 online forum if everyone just called the "tech hotline."

Do you mean the coils? What would the pressure sensor have to do with the pumps other than just sense the pressure?

I think all this does is up the voltage to the coils. I'm guessing if one was to leave the setting on high all of the time it would produce too much and maybe ruin the coils?
Here are some #'s I got from my truck.
Stock voltage to the coils(before the KB product) 13.8 volts.
Voltage from the KB with the pressure switch shorted:
setting---- voltage
0------------13.6
10-----------13.9
20-----------15.5
30-----------17.3
40-----------19.4
50-----------21.0

these are approximate and at about 800 rpm

The boost a spark and boost a pump are electronically identical. I wasn't sure of the application. You really don't need any additional spark, so I would put it between a quarter and a half. The more the better to a certain extent.
