I ordered shackles on sunday night and recieved a order num after placing the order, but i figured i would have recieved a tracking number today and didnt. So that means it hasnt been shipped. I am a UPS driver and know how it works. Since it said they were in stock when i ordered i just assumed they would have shipped today. I am not in any way talking trash i just have never delt with them.

 

They don't usually send tracking numbers out. You can call and get it though. Ive never had a problem getting stuff quickly. Not every UPS system sends out tracking numbers automatically.

 

Now it doesnt, i was just not sure if they shipped today or not. I will give them a call. Thanks for the info. Im sure they shipped then

 

It took me 5-6 weeks to get mine, but they were out of bushings and then went racing. I understand that's not normal for them.

I think I can answer that for you,
Though you can't please everone I can say this JLP has always taken good care of me. Please keep in mind I do not laways do buiness with JLP. However, Sue & Johnny have always answered my e-mails and given me advice on any question I have asked.
I have stated before that Johnny and I have never had dinner or drinks together nore do I get any thing other than great service when I deal with them. Hope this helps. E-mail Johnny he usualy replies about 10 pm to 12 midninght. (The end of his day)

I was not upset with them per se; would have been nice to have a call though as they initially told me they had them in stock. I actually had forgotten if I had even ordered them and was going through my credit card statements when UPS showed up!

Seem like great people and this was probably a rare instance. My truck won't arrive till next Monday so I didn't have to have them fast. It's just that I saw your post and wanted to make sure they weren't having a problem with missing parts again, not intended as a slam on JLP.

I recently ordered a ram air box. Sue wrote my phone # and credit card # wrong. They couldn't reach me by phone, so sent a letter, which delayed the shipping.

I got the letter last Fri. (I was at work at the firehouse, so I didn't see it until Sat.).

I tried to send them an e-mail, but the NLOC forum refused to let me use their address. I posted on their NLOC forum, & I sent them a personal message. I noticed JL on-line that night or Sund. morning, leaving posts about new parts for sale, but he did not answer my post or the private mess.

I called them by phone Sat. and left a message. I did so again today. So far, no answers to any of these attempts.

I'm not flaming them or complaining, at least I'm trying not to. This is my first experience with them. I hope their service is as good as some of you say.

I had no problems getting my tbars. He was out of town racing for a while and the bars were out of stock but I had them within 2 weeks just because I told him to delay it by 1 week for my vacation.
