the wheels are painted.. Be careful with stuff designed for polished surfaces...

I wouldn't....It might be a little harsh...Remember, they are painted also, so if you have a little extra time, I would remove one wheel at a time, clean it thoroughly inside and out, polish it, then wax it just like the truck....That should make them look brand new again.....

I, have used it on the backs of my 01 wheels and it seems to keep the back side of the wheels cleaner. Another plus is brake dust comes right off! it has not damaged the painted surface on the back side of the wheels. Artie

ARTIE did u ever try it on the front or on the exhaust tips? I tested it in a small spot not too visible and it worked great but i dont want to do the whole thing until i check to see if it will hurt.

Yes it works great. I, also use it on the inside of the tips the carbon cleans off a lot easier! Just make sure you buff or wipe the area good they shine up great!! Artie

Thanks. I think if you go light on the wheels and dont push too hard it should work great. I didnt see any evidence of a chemical reaction with the wheel paint so it should be fine. I know it works good on the exhaust so maybe i will give it a shot on the wheels.

Vinny! CapeCod Polishing Cloths, they work great too and come in seperate packages so, they don't dry-out. I get mine at Ace hardware stores. Also I was told you can just add a drop or two of veggie oil to replemish them . Hope this helps!
