Angry Fuggin' Fog Lights!

OK guys,

I don't know about the rest of you but I am fed up with these crappy fog lights. First one cracked, so i replaced both with a set from texasmustang.com...
Then one of my fog lights blew, so the F150 store was nice enough to warranty it.....
Then the other fog lens cracked....
Now today I'm driving behind someone and notice I have another fog light out!!!

I would drive with out them, but whoever previously owned the truck wired it up so fogs and heads come on at the same time. For now I just unplugged the working one until i figure out what I want to do.

My question is, what kind of aftermarket fog lamps are you guys going with? ? Looking at PIAA's website it looks like the 510's are just like our stockers:
PIAA 510
Has anyone tried these, I've seen a few Lightnings with the 959's but i'm not sure if I like them.

Jon

You 99/00 guys can go with a nice set of PIAA 959 ION's. Make sure you get the lock kit with them too. You want the TOP MOUNT model.

i was gonna go with the 510, but the 959's filled the cup better and the back of thoes things are not pretty...one thing that does look nice with the 959 is paint the black plastic the color of the truck and it will blend better, thats one thing i havent done, yet another summer project..

It looked like the 510's were like the exact same size as the stockers, and the 959's looked oval.
Besides, what does it matter what the back of them look like?

Thank you. They look really nice, the black edges don't show all that much unless you are specifically looking for them.
