I dont know how they are gonna warranty something they know is going to blow up. It ties with a stock lightning so why are you saying its gonna beat it?

 

I didn't mean that it would beat it...i'm just saying that it is coming closer than any other truck...if this truck is mass produced the lightning won't be as special...there will actually be a truck that is equal!!!!

I actually like the fact that it is much faster!!!

When someone tries to become equal with another then the bar needs to be raised even higher.

 

looks like a pretty nice package. I dont think theres any reason to think it will be less durable than the L (at least the way mine's been acting) and at 13.4 is quicker than most stock lightnings.
However, these kind of 1-offs arent really a challenge any more than a saleen is a true challenger to the corvette. Until there's a national infrastructure to handle service and repairs at any dealership It's not mainstream, IMHO.

 

Pretty cool, but I don't like the way the Chevy trucks look.

Not a bad package at all. Don't like the 20s though, and imo I would've settled for 18s and more suspension bits. nice though.

 

it was up here a couple weeks ago, only people in AZ, or ones that are colse to the dealer have to worry, its not put out be chevy but sent to a speed shop by the dealer for the hopps..the chevy guys will love it, but not for me...

I talked to nick at chapman chev and he stated that the truck
was run with Drag Radials to get those good ET's. Also we have purchased 5 03'
cheves with the 5.3 engine and 2 are experiencing trans trouble.
The trans,drive shaft,and rear end(not to mention the engine) are already stresed with the
stock out put. ****

 

Also if you look at there vidio,they lost to the Lightning. ****

first off its ugly, the wheels are ugly and they have crappy tires. The interior is ugly and nothing special, and from the outside you can't tell its anything different anyway sooooooo WHATS THE POINT!
