I've been using it for years, mostly on electrical connectors and battery posts/clamps. You can get it from some of the more exclusive auto catalogs but I can't remember the exact one?

good stuff for welds

I have found that the best thing to use on welds or rusty pipes. Crown 7007 Cold Galvanizing Coumpound it is a paint that you can get from most welding supply places. It contains zinc and most cases I have seen you can spray right on rust and not ever worry about it again. I would remove any rust personally. Claims to have withstood 2000 hours straight of salt spray. Good stuff.
Im sure somebody on here has used this before.
