Talking Killed a yellow lightning!!

Was on 52 coming back from an oil change when I hear a lopey idle a couple of cars behind me. Thinking it had an agressive cam or something, I hung back from traffic and waited for him to catch up. Sure enough, he got beside me. However as I looked closer, I saw that he had his exhaust strapped on his back and realized that lopey idle was because his pipe had broken off or something. Anyway, traffic soon cleared up and it was time to play. Did a 60-130 blast and left him easily. He came back for more but we had already caught up to traffic so we just gave each other a nod and I turned off.

Oh well, a kill is a kill and he was fast enough to hang for a while....

Don't think it was an aftermarket paint job. And it wasn't a Boss 5.4 either.

It was a Lightning for sure though

No I didn't and I doubt we're talking about the same one.

However I know we'd all love to see pics of the L you're speaking of.

This is by far the shadiest, most obscure and confusing post I've ever read. Are you trying to say it was a stock L with a Factory yellow paint job? If not, then how could it be anything other than an aftermarket paint job. Unless, that is he's the owner of Ford and had one custom made....
