he has a almost stock 91 3000gt twin turbo. it has, booster controler, bigger intercooler, 3" exhaust, air filter

i looked up the 1/4 mile times, its suppose to run a 13.4 but probably runs a little better then that

all he wants to do is race for 100$, and its really starting to **** me off

Go from a roll and take his money. I raced a TT 300ZX the other night(I know it is a different car) and he had the same stuff plus a chip and I layed the smack down on him really good. -Mat-

 

i know for sure he'll get me out of the whole since he is AWD, but i still should kick his butt.

I think it would be close, I don't have any knowledge of what those mods would do for his car. You should find a 3000GT forum and see what they have to say.

"high 12's are EZ if you drive hard

Boost controler, Intake, Down pipe, Exhaust, Pully, 15psi with this you should run 12.5-12.8 all day long depending on how you drive"

with my mods i should be running very low 12's

 

hmm, any chance he could be running nitrous? i think you will beat him especially from a roll. personally i dont race for money, i race for fun. see if hell race for no money, then id say whoop his ***

 

if he is running n2o its a sneaky pete, no signs of lines or bottle

 

BS. No way are you running low 12's with the listed mods on street tires. If he can run 12.5-12.8 on street tires with an AWD car, leave him alone. I hope that you do an excellent burnout to warm up your tires.

 

12.7 with a 4lber and 91 octane chip

i think low 12's are very possible with 6lb and 100 octane chip
