I was driving home the other night late and I come up to a red light. This late model z28 drives up next to me and starts revving the heck out of his car, sounded mean by the way. By the way it's really late and there arnt any other cars on the road. Before i did my mods( 4 #er, chip, filter) a stock z28 was a good run for my L so here im thinking im gonna eat this guys lunch. Well anyways, light turns green we both stomp on it and we both totally smoke our tires to death and then we both hook up at the same time and it's on. He hangs with me till about 40 mph and then i slowly start walking him. Which seemed wierd to me since I figured I would kill him down low and then his top end would start to catch me. Anyways, we come up to another light and he motions over to lets go again. This time I hook just right and leave him by about 2 car lengths to 80 mph. He gives me the thumbs up and asked me to pull over. we drive into a parking lot and he turned out to be this really cool guy. He said he was totally in shock by getting beat by a truck and what the hell did I have under the hood. He said he had ls1 with heads, cam, filter, exhaust, and hadnt been beat on the street yet. I am very happy with the outcome to say the least.

Thanks guys. Yeah he was a cool guy, I ussually get flipped off or worse when i beat someone. Must be the idea that they just got beat by a truck.

i was going to show Josh From MotorCity Mods my Rims, on my way i was at a light side by side with a 00+ Trans Am. i look over to him (i didn't feel like racing at that time, but i figured i'll look over, if he wants some i'll go ahead, but im not gonna act first).
needless to say, he didn't want any, he took off real slow, same with me.... but then he had to get behind me because of a broke down vehicle on the road, then i had to make a stop first, so i was turning into someones driveway, and then all of a sudden after i turn, he gets on his car like a bad out of hell, squelling the tires, and reving it up and taking off.

And im thinking "what a coward, i just saw him face to face at the light 2 minutes ago and he didn't want any then, but now that i turn he wants some???"

idiot.
