Arrow Is this smooth enough? pics

I've been wanting some of these since TampaSVT and RobG put some on their trucks. I'm in the fitting and prepping stage now and they're looking pretty good. I had heard that the tailgate piece a b*tch but I was suprised to see that it looks pretty darn good! Maybe I just got lucky?

I bought two sets just in case the first set didn't fit and haven't had to open the other set, these are good enough. Can't wait to see them painted.

those look good even when they arent painted. Rich had to do quite a bit of smoothing on the edges and where the injection mold left marks. I would get those if I wasnt afraid my bed cover would scrape the hell out of them. They should look pizimp chickenbud

Konig,

Thanks! I'm having to do some smoothing also. They're not a "pull out of the box and install item" but they're not too bad really. I was expecting to have to do a lot of modifying to get them to fit.

I'm not planning on running my cover anymore, so that eliminates the scratching on my end but I understand what you mean by the cover scratching the hell out of them, it probably would.

I guess I drive my truck too often to have that setup. Rich only drove his truck to and from car shows so it never really saw rain often...Im sure it never saw rain once the rails were on. I know the bed rug is weather proof and all...I just dont like the idea that any stuff you might have in the back could get wet as well. I like having a cover, it makes it like a really really big trunk

Hey Tim,

What wheels are those? Do you sell them? If so, how much?

Thanks,
Edward

Edward,

They are Foose Spank 5's and no I don't sell them anymore. I don't sell any wheels now. If you buy a set, make darn sure they come in Foose boxes! I could comment more but won't.

You can expect to spend about $2800 for a set like these, they're 20 inch.
