well don't know why, but i decided to change my plugs today.
i went from it-20 to it-22's since i'm going to a 6lber
took 2 1/2 hours, thats super fast for me
only problem i ran into was #7 and the fuel regulator, since i didn't have a 1/4 wobbly, but i finally got it. also no anti-seize, because sal advised not to use it, i get a bad feeling in my stomach from this, but oh well, if thats what the big guy recommends.
also, my it-20's were in prefect shape after 18K miles of use

I used anti-seize on mine the first time. When I checked them a few months later I had 3 loose. Since that time I have not used anti-seize against my better judgement and have had no loose plugs. A real plus is I haven't pulled out the threads yet either.
you need never seize if your not going to change your plugs but once every two to three years (atleast i think its a good idea)
if you pull plugs atleast once a year if not more prob ok not to use it but i always thought it was a good idea even more so with alu heads
why would it affect the o 2's not like your jaming a can of the stuff in the cylinder or in the exhaust???????
