lightning motor swap
i have a 1997 4.6 4x4 extended cab. found 2000 lightning engine complete. should i consider swapping engines. will the old auto trans work? or should i just get a kd or other system to tack on 4.6 engind? thanks

You will need the PCM, Transmission and wiring harness from the L to make it all work.
Im sure somones done this already. Have you done a search to see if its all been documented? May save you a few headaches down the road.
