Chikenear,s.....WHY........

Tim, Why can't more venders be like you? (speaking of a minor situation with another vender)I am not saying all others , as I have delt with others that provide great service. I think it is great Tim gives you a tracking # and,, contacts me if the order is delayed even a day from what he tells me. I am speaking about an order from another vender ordered and charged to me BEFORE an order that was placed w/ Tim and I have yet to see it, but I have the order from Tim. (other vender promised it would ship last Friday or this past monday) I only wish Tim would carry a few more items...Hint..Hint .. Not a flame against any vendor just a comment.. THANKS Tim you are the best. Jon

When i started my business,I had someone tell me a wise quote.

"Concentrate on business not money ,Money will follow after"

I think this would be a wise choice and probally how chickenears runs his business.Too many people in the world today(including myself sometimes) worry about the $$ first and business later.Ive been around long enough now to realize that saying above is so true...............People who follow that business practice will out last people who dont.........

Hats off to Da Chicken!
Customer service is what it is all about, when a vendor/person puts the concerns of others first, you can tell he/she is a honorable person! Hard to come by these days and to be praised for that kind of thing, well it is just a blessing to read about!

Kudos Mr.Chicken!
Great Job!

I agree; I ordered a bed rug from Tim and had the same level of service as described above. I also placed an order with another vendor here for a 4-way chip, pulley, and misc. items over two weeks ago and have received nothing yet.

As a consumer it's a little irritating to wait when you're not told up front it may take 2+ weeks before the item is even shipped. Let me know up front if there's a delay.

Jon, and everyone else that has commented on my level of customer service,

While I'm deeply humbled by your praise, I really don't do anything special. I just try to provide the level of service that I too would expect.

If I'm trusting a vendor with my money, I want to know when I will receive my order, and that's not too much to ask. If I am told that I will have my order in three days, I expect it in three days.

I operate on a very simple principle, if I have it listed on my website it's in my inventory. I do a little extra though. While I can have FedEx pick up here the following day for delivery to you, I don't wait that long, I personally take my shipments to FedEx the day you order.

I don't mean to sound like a braggart, I'm just doing what's right and in the process I'm building a customer base that is getting pretty impressive. Not one single unhappy customer, and it's really not hard to do.

Thanks again guys, this means more to me than you can know.

Tim

He's my favorite along with -

Tim and Paul at Razors Edge - hmmmmmm -

Maybe it's the name Tim or something anyway you get pretty much the same from Razors Edge as well ...

Oh yeah and Mark my bud at Blue Oval ...

Actually while were on the subject I'm just plain partial to all the Dude's in Florida -

Florida board - best board around ... you can tell it like it is down there ...
