Question for those who know JL Audio and amps.

I have 2 10w3v2 subs in a Thunderform enclosure. I want to get a little better amp than I have. I can get each of these brand new for half price. Can anyone advise which would be better?

Kenwood KAC-X810D
Pioneer GM-X564
Pioneer GM-X972

Thanks.

IM sorry the amp choices you picked are horrible, I would either got with a JL 500/1 or a Zapco, PPI, Alipe..Kenwood and pioneer amps are horrible.

Well An Audiobahn A5000SPL wasn't on the list either Riddler, but it would be a better choice. Given the choices listed, the Kenwood appears the best choice, plus badgene apparently has a discount on those particulars.

Besides, what makes them so horrible? One might be a Class D? geez. At least substantiate your claim instead of just pooping and letting it steam. It is likely and would not be surprising if the internal IC's all come from the same place or country anyway.

I'd have to disagree. The Kenwood Excelon Amps are not horrible (the entry level are not that great)....I don't have one, but I know someone who does, and it has a lot of nice features and sounds real clean.

Besides, not everyone can afford a Zapco

Thanks all. I'll get the Kenwood. I can get it for $299 shipped, no tax either.
