Reburn Needed?

I have an 02' with a JDM Stage One setup and a Bassani Cat-Back, I found a set of LT's and High flow cat's from a friend. Is a reburn of my chip necessary, or will I be ok? Any advise would be appreciated!

Talk to whatever tuner programmed your chip. JDM said I didn't need a reburn when I put the long tubes on.

Usually soap and I agree but I'd dyno it after the install just to check the a/f ratios. Sometimes the headers will affect the a/f.......
