There is no chopping involved!!!!!!!! The K/B is a direct bolt on. Everything fits exactly as stock. Even looks almost stock under the hood. Skip

Calm down. Swede definitely said the lines had to be chopped. Swede or JL, care to shed any light on this?

No chopping....I helped install mine and know for a fact, it's a direct bolt on. Why don't you see if you can get a copy of the instructions?

Why would Swede have said that then??

I will wait for his reply. Meantime you guys have stated your point, let's not have any piling on posts of the same thing, it is against the rules and a waste of bandwidth

Question

How much is it? And is it possible to sell the old supercharger or get anything for it, or am I just out the total cost of the KB unit?

even up......

If you are running 12.7...say, and no spinning, and you
directly swap one on.

what difference would it make, all things being equal.

All things being equal: Same boost #'s i would guess a 12.7 would turn into a 12.2... but then just turn the boost up and.... well you understand...... JL

JL...so let's say you have a brand new '03 and you want to run high 11's. Starting with the KB, what other mods would be necessary to run times like these?
