Alaska this Summer?

Think we will have at least three fast L's this summer. I have a motel and would be interested in putting you all up for free just to meet you guys and and have some fun. July is a great month weather wise, fishing is great, and sccenery is worth the trip, anyone interested let me know.

My brother has a karma kanics instructors conference in Seward the week of July 21st. We're trying to get something interesting from Car and Driver for the trip up the Alcan. We're thinking of going through Fairbanks so we can see Denali. Valdez looks a little out of our way, but... Any tips?

Yeah, stay north to Fairbanks, then head south by Denali to Anchorage. On your way out of Anchorage, Alaska stay to the right turn at the stop light 40 miles outside of Anchorage. When you get to the stop sign (about 220 miless (not sure), make a right. Valdez awaits you about 110 scenic miles away.

Its very well worth it, and during Autumn, nature exuberates such a show of colors that is like a massage for the eyes.

Looking forward to racing you Aksilver2k!
