This is not a diff cover, it is a structual Billet Girdle.
It's about 2" thick. It cost $360.

From JDM

These Billet Rear End Covers are 180% stronger than cast aluminum covers.

These are designed to improve rear-end main carrier bearing wear and drastically strengthens the main carrier support. Also improves the rear end clutch life. A Drain Plug is also incorporated into the cover.

Includes all Stainless Steel Hardware.

I have one and the cover is OEM. It also comes with polished washers and socket cap screws (allen bolts). It really adds a nice touch.

The polishing job on these is top quality. I know what is involved with polishing metal and you could not pay me enough to do these.

polished diff. cover

have one, it is a nice piece but..... alot of work to keep it from rusting here in N.E. weather. (road salt ect.) I have access to a lift and it is a chore to keep ahead of the rust that wants to form on it.( I have used waxes,wd40 ect.) Not a flame ,I expected this. Jon

Your best option, which is what I am having done, is to get it clear powdercoated!
