Got beat at the Dyno last night ...

Friends of mine at the KY Porsche club invited us to
a Dyno night at Fast Enough Performance and this honker
churned out 400 HP ... And she races at Road Atlanta
and is an instructor. Jeez.... Her husband has a new
GT2 that pulled 500 HP .... Talked to them about running
at Putnam ... Making plans ....

I feel so INADEQUATE with my paultry 444 HP ... <grin>

I have a video of both pulls I am trying to get hosted. The
Porsche's sound mean, but the L really screams ...

I'm perplexed.........you made 444rwhp and only ran low 13's. With that hp you should run 11's.

Soap,

Thats a conversion to FW the dyno did. The GT2 and other porsche numbers were also FW numbers (at least guestimates the dyno made)

i believe his made 380rw on that dyno, and their numbers are FAR diffearnt from the dynojets. I was actually rather impressed with the dyno they had, Even learned a bit of inside knowledge relating them to a 'large' dyno manufacture. Anyways, we will see how the PSP combo works for him this year, since most of his 13 sec passes were with teh 'other' chip. He did pick up a ton of power with the new program he got from sal, sooo I'd say a 12 is in his future for sure!

You gonna be down near Ky anytime soon? =) SCCA is getting close!!!!!!

Brandon,
Didn't Cliff make 360 on the race program and 352 with the street program with race gas in the tank Saturday night?
Aren't those #'s pretty similiar to the #'s he made with the other guys chip?
I thought he made 380 a while back but the chip has been reprogrammed due to being lean........like 12.5 A/F ratio lean.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Later dudes

So I think the third postion on my four way will be a "Winter"
tune ... HEH HEH HEH ...

enjoyed hanging with y'all Sat night ... We need to get more
Lightnings and have our own dyno ...

SO why is it that you have the best track times and an
almost identical dyno to Brandon and me? Huh?

Are you kidding. 444HP is impressive but run in the 11's... not even a chance in you 35 degree temps. More likely the 12's

I only made 420 and ran 12.2's
I am sorry you get stuck running in the heat of the south........if you ran up here at like Cecil I'd bet your beast would run low 11's high 10's easy.

That would be something. The 1.59 60ft, 11.72et/114.56mph was done in 85 degree temps.

If I had your truck I sure as hell would take a trip up to Cecil in a few more weeks when the weather is in the 40's. With the power your making I think 10's wouldn't be out of the question.

Also remember Cecil is like 700ft below sealevel.

hell yeah with 450rwhp you can run 11's with the proper conditions and track setup. Your not going to do it off the street but thats different.
