sorry

as much as i hate to say it, unless your tuner is tunning your truck for top end like some of these road corse guys.....the L isn't gonna win a 3 mile sprint.

With 13psi, most of these trucks are tunned for the strip, not wot bursts to 140 mph.

Unless your truck was tuned for top end, and you have 353's, i think the 95 LT1 will be all over it. My buddy was one, but not a drop top, with a chip and a filter he can get 13.6's, but it moves up over 100mph with alot more ease then my truck does. Who knows, maybe someone has experience.

I could be wrong...........I could be right

I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will have more to talk about next weekend. I am going down to Jersey next weekend even if my truck isn't ready to pick up to see it. The wait should be over soon and New England Dragway opens in less than a month. I can't wait to get it back to get it ready for the track.

I voted for ya, but in reality, the LT1 with a cam would destroy you in a 3 mile sprint

Pretty much anycar that's within 1 or 2 second of your quatermile time that has a top end higher than your truck will win a 3 mile sprint.

You might be ahead after 1 mile, but after that, he's fading away unless something on his car breaks.

I bet it was his idea to do a 3 mile race.
