pulley size

Can anyone who has experience recomend whay pulley size to get for a daily driven L with 40G's on the OD

I started at 3,000 miles with a 2 lber, then a 3 lber, and finally, a 5 lber that has been on about 18,000 miles. My 01 L has 45,200 miles on it now--daily driven--no problems.
