For those of you that have polished your rims how much did it cost you and where did you get it done at?? I was debating whether to get chrome rims or just polish my rims. Just wanted to see the price comparison.

polishing is pretty labor intensive from what i've seen so i wouldn't expect it to be that much cheaper than chrome reps...

but i like polished better

 

It cost about $50 each which is alot less than chrome

Here's a big tip on polishing.
When polishing a wheel there is very little polishing going on.
Where you spend alot of time is GRINDING the metal smooth!

can you polish the stock L gray rims to that shine? I would love to have shiny rims on my 00 black L.

 

How much trouble are the polished wheels to keep looking that good? Much more trouble than chrome. Inquiring minds want to know.
