Intercooler pump ?

Can anyone tell me if running a 50/50 mix of water/water wetter in my intercooler will cause any seal problems with my intercooler pump (due to no regular coolant)? Thanks for the info.

I woudlnt see any harm in it.

I used to use Redline Water Wetter straight in the early 90's in 5.0. It was a daily driven drag car that did 10's.

I used the redline pellets. Boiled hot water, mixed then filtered. They were the only watter wetter product with the rust inhibitors. The water wetter in bottles still required to be used with 50/50 coolant.

Of course, their forumla has changed. You would probably need 6 bottles to do it right with water for your intercooler. For the cost i dont think it will be worth it though.
