Metco uppers

I am buying a set off them for my 01 L. I was wondering of there are any tips on installing them and what preload to set them at. My besst 60' to date is 2.2 on f1's. should these help alot on lowering that time.I heard they were a pain to install and took a long time.I am gonna love these if they just help me hook a little better.
