HELP! Should I

I have the heads off my truck right now and have a burnt plug hole in the combustion chamber (its melted on the edge.) should I go ahead and have the machine shop Helicoil all 8 plug holes or just the one that needs it now? I know someone on here has done this before so I thought I'd ask.

I thought the consensus was that HeliCoils wouldn't
work in our engines because of the scarcity of material
in the thread area?

how do the tuners get more threads in their CNC'd heads? they are still the "defective" when the port them they still start with the PI head casting don't they? so how do they fix the problem of 3 threads? all the ported heads the tuners sell have atleast 7 threads I think?

Give JDM a call on wednesday, and ask him what did for me. The machine shop he uses put some inserts in my heads.
