Smoothing Sills and Steps.
Sills are getting smoothed because my Trenz Billet Sill plates rub the door. I am currently smoothing and polishing the Trenz plates so they shine more!

Hit wheel with a few more rounds of Tripoli

Installed Baffles and a set of Boston's in the rear. Took all the plastic trim out of the back.
Sanding it smooth now and gonna paint it gloss black so the seat pop out more.

I estimate 2 years to complete the truck and start entering the big shows.

RTKilla,
My parts won't be painted until summer. I plan on smoothing just about all the plastic parts inside and outside of the truck. Inside, the only parts we won't paint will be the main front console and the large door pieces. My friend and I will be painting all the parts ourselfes, should be interesting.

where do you get the baffles/dyna mat stuff, made for that
speaker????

Also for a new speaker installer, which are easier the
door speakers or the rear ones????

I bought 1 set of nice $100 Pioneers and I want to switch the
easiest ones.

thanks,

Chuck in DE

Yes it's hard work and alot of money. We are indeed CRAZY!
Blew the Boston's last night and had to go buy another set of Alpine's with a 300/4 JL Amp. So now I have to build a amp rack for my JL's and Monster cap. I am so happy I could cry!

Both are easy if you plan on using the stock wiring. If you plan on running better wire the backs are easier, but why would you put good speakers in the back? Install the good speakers in the front and adjust you fade almost all the way front also.
