Hangers vs. Shackles
I know that lowering shackles make the rear end more sloppy.

Would installing lowering hangers instead of the shackles be sloppy as well?

I was thinking about the panhard bar but $$ is hard to come by these days. Since I already have shackles and hangers, I was wondering which method gives the least slop.
