For a 100 dollar donation to the variety club for kids(kinda like a ronald mcdonald house w/o the big corporate sponsor) you are allowed to buy on ford's xplan. Do a search for the variety club because most major cities have a chapter. So not only are you helping your wallet adn getting the xplan but getting a tax write off and the added bonus of that warm fuzzy feeling for helping children in unfortunate situations.

 

This is what I found out!

To take advantage of the program you can log on to their web site at www.fordpartner.com or call 1-877-XPLAN-00 (1-877-975-2600) (Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m to 8 p.m. Eastern time and Saturday, from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. Eastern time). You will then need to follow the steps listed below:

Provide your Partner Code (......), Social Security Number, name, address, city, state and zip code to obtain your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Visit a participating dealer and identify yourself as a Partner Recognition participant.
Provide the dealer with your Social Security Number and PIN to confirm eligibility.
Provide proof of employment through a recent company ID, pay stub, or W-2 form.
Select an eligible vehicle.
Request vehicle invoice from sales representative to confirm plan price.
Discuss financing options.
Arrange for delivery.
