Holy *****!!

I don't know if it the fact I added a Billet-Flow TB, my Plasma Booster, or the fact it is 15 degrees out, maybe it is because I haven't driven the L in about 2.5 months and have been driving an 89 Bronco, but HOLY *****!!!!! It was movin' like a bat outta hell!!! Throttle response is GREATLY improved, and the hisss when I first press the pedal is SWEET, too!!!

The roads cleared up enough that I could do a little sprint down to the next town and back, and I am glad I did. Can't wait till it clears up for good!!!!!

LONG LIVE MY CC DEBT FOR MODS!!!!!!!!

15 degrees? are you chipped?

my TB added a lot of throttle response too...first day after i put it on (no other mods added that day), i had the rear step out a couple of times cuz of the increased throttle response. i wasn't even that excited about the TB but now i definitely think it was worth it! the hiss sounds bada$$! almost like a turbo..

how is that plasma booster working out for ya?

well imo if you're rich enough to run in 15 degree weather and run the **** out of it..it better be a winter program or you're just pi$$ing hp down the drain when it gets warmer...

I pull 20+psi when it's that cold out. As long as you are running a little fat on fuel you are fine. Have a good winter and summer tune...that's the safest way.

I remember not driving my truck for 2 weeks, then jumping back in it and almost snapping my neck! Ah, it was great! I forgot the power!

I've been getting sick of seeing all the L's out now and mine is still in the garage. So i finally arrived at: To hell with the dried up salt on the roads. She's going back on insurance on the 1st of March

I just can't make it til april in my $500 minivan.

Did anyone ever have problems with dentonation in cold temperatures with no chip or pulley?

I stuck the L in the garage towards the end of November and have only taken it out once at the end of December. I was behind this slow guy on a road that had the dotted yellow to allow for passing and I punched it from like 10 and I almost crapped myself. You definatley forget the power when you havent driven it. Mines not coming back out until all the snows gone and its rained a couple of times to clean the salt. I got a boatload of goodies for it.

Mine has been in hybernation under a nice warm cover, in the back of my garage since Nov. 15th. However, I pick up my newly reupholstered seats tonight and will be installing them this weekend. Too bad the streets are still covered with salt dust because it will not leave the garage until this is all gone.
Patiently waiting for Spring.
Marc
