ahhhh, the cobras are so sweet. but I love driving my truck, nothing like it around!

 

Cobras might be faster but, the Lightnings are so much sweeter.

 

As much as I love my L, I can not help but think about how good it would feel to bang gears again.

The ability to have all of that power, a manual trans, and a back seat for the little one makes the '03 Cobra sound very appealing. I would miss having the ability to haul things with the L though. I could always get a beater truck though...

 

Dont forget to put that 8.8 solid rear axle in that cobra. Half shafts suck!

Ive been cobra free 9 months and im very happy. Waiting for the new chassis and body style before i consider going back.

i might one day pick up a 03 cobra, but i just dont like the rearends or the look of the car. dont get me wrong, its a sweet car but that look is already tired to me

If it wasn't for me already owning one and remembering how schitty it is to get in and out of, I probaly would have already bought one.

HOWEVER THEY CAN RUN 10's + 11's for less than I already have in Lightning Mod's. I may have to consider it again myself

 

some of us are forgetting that we drive trucks!!!!!

Yeah, it's wicked easy to go fast and for cheaper.....but your trying to get a 5000lb brick into the 11's and 10's.

Getting a Lightning into the 10's, you'll be a big fish in a little pond

Getting a Cobra into the 10's, let's just say not to many people will be falling out of their chairs about it.

Have fun with the car though, they are saweet
