Question Source for 01' & up heat exchanger

Lightning owners,

Does anyone know of a source for used 01' to current Lightning stock heat exchangers

I have a prototype 12 pound boost pulley on my 99' F-150 4.6 Allen (Magna) supercharger kit. I need a radiator type heat exchanger like the stock Lightning has, as opposed to the smaller "trans. cooler" type that came with the 5 pound boost pulley kit.

I can not find a source that sells used Lightning heat exchangers. I also know many of you are upgrading to the JDM heat exchanger therefore, if anyone knows of a source, you can email me at jason5761@yahoo.com

Thanks.

Give JDM a call. 1-732-780-0770. They have used OEM heat exchangers for sale.

have you considered using a different configuration...

maybe a air to air converted for water to air..

I know that the SVO Mustang guys have numerous innovations..

also the Merkur xr4ti as well...

just a thought....

if you check the adds on ebay for these and the Turbo Coupe
you usually find lots of ingenious ideas..

I don't know much about Volvos and Saabs but they have some inner coolers that might be adaptive if the DP is not to great..

Twisted 99,

Thanks for the ideals. I will consider those when I blow up my current cast internals!

Thanks a whole heck of a lot! I just got off the phone with Jeremy at JDM. Very helpful guy. I bought a oem Lightning heat exchanger and the bracket needed to bolt it up. Best Damn deal on any mod. I have ever bought!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know I can not quote specific prices but, JDM's price for the oem Lightning heat exchanger was 80% LESS than factory price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
