Unhappy Pics of my wrecked baby...

Just verified today that the car is totaled by the insurance company. Everyone was ok in the incedent. Only by the grace of God did I walk away from it with just a bump on my head. Just like to tell everyone to be careful out there...and even if you think you're being careful, shyt happens...

Long story but lets just say there were 3 of us involved and I was at the tail end of it.

What did you hit? The blow looks like it came above the beltline at almost the top of the fender. Looks like the motor took a major shot. Glad to see all of you made it through unscathed.

Glad to hear you are ok. What year is your Stang and what did the insurance company value it at to total it? I hope you had good insurance on it. Any thoughts on replacement vehicle?

Glad that you made it out ok. That is always what matters. Hopefully you can put whatever insurance money you get towards a another good car.

Actually I was hard on the brakes when I hit a BMW...their bumpers are pretty fat is part of the reason it hit so high up. As far as what the insurance is gonna give me for it I don't know yet. I just talked to the appraisal guy today who told me it was totaled. Gotta wait a couple days to find out what I'm gonna get outta it. As far as a replacement...I would love to get another one just like it...94 or 95 302 GT in canary yellow has always been the car I wanted when I first saw it back in 93'. But I'm kinda looking at something with good gas mileage since I forgot how horrible the Lightning does when you drive it everyday. A little SVT Focus would be cool but who knows...

Ouch. Better the car hurt, than you! Can replace the car, but can't replace a person. Good luck with the insurance!
