Finally Installed My BABolt TB, REM Smooth Air Intake And Ported Upper Plenum (Pics)!
Thanks for all the compliments.
You can order the radiator sticker from

Those stickers are excellent quality. I was glad someone finally got around to making one. They are however extremely difficult to get all the air bubbles out of but once you do they look awesome. Actually you notice the stickers more than you notice my BABolt TB.

Harley#356- The hard part is getting the sticker lined up and as you go getting the air bubbles out. If you take your time you will be fine. Warning though this is an extremely sticky sticker so once you put it in place you can't remove it so make sure you have it lined up before you start. Also when you remove the factory sticker alot of the sticker will be left. You need to use some GOOF off to get all this stuff off. The new sticker is extremely thin so you must make sure the plastic cover is completely clean.
Cousin Vinnie
Tells me if you put wide masking tape over the "new sticker" and then put it on and squeegy it out, then remove the masking tape, there will be no air bubbles.
Dam I want one of those stickers now, my stock one is sticking up like a dam 1/2 inch in the middle. I also need to do that old air box sticker mod. IS IT HARD TO GET IT OFF THE AIR BOX ???
Man your engine compartment looks awesome Hank Fan
Nice Job, you should be proud

Thanks Rob. I have a few air bubbles in mine but for some reason the black sticker hides them extremely well and you really won't even notice them unless your **** about things like me. The factory air box plate comes off real easy with a hair dryer and a flat blade screw driver. I heated it up as hot as I could get it with a hair dryer and then started to pull it up with my fingers. I then put the screw driver under the plate and started prying it off. It was simple.
So Rob when are we going to see some install photos of the Zex kit? Or better yet some before and after track times??
Have you gotten your nitrous chip yet?

If you get a few bubbles in them just ***** them with a pin and push the air out.You can heat the svinyl with a hair dryer and push the hole closed if you can see it. It will actually seal any holes back up. Ive done that to many stickers that get damaged in different ways.
Hankfan,
Where did you get the chromed (I assume they are chromed plastic) caps (intercooler reservior, power steering, radiator reservior, etc.)? Those look nice and I would like to add a few to my truck as well.
Thanks in advance,
Dan
P.S. I did not see the radiator cowl sticker offered on BOP's site...can I contact Mark directly about it?
