Lightning heads?

How much would a set of Lightning heads be brand new from Ford? Either 4 or 8 threads is fine...

I'm thinking of picking one up to helicoil, maybe port etc. Was wondering how much it would run me for just the parts.

I know the labor is a kick in the *****...

I searched fordpartsonline but couldn't come up with anything.

Ford Parts Online has the complete left Lightning head for $504.10, and the right for $430.61, but it does not list a bare head for the Lightning, but aren’t all SOHC heads the same regardless of what engine they are on?

Somebody will have to explain this one to me, but FPO has the “non” Lightning complete heads for about $620 a set, so what’s the difference?

LOL i thought they were around that price. I saw an f150online ad in the classifieds that said 01-03 lightning heads for 260 shipped. i was boggled by the price..but it turns out the seller meant HEADLIGHTS.

Cool

HI!... All "99" to current 5.4 "P.I" heads are the same, cams and all valve train. That's including the LIGHTNING. I have 2 pairs of complete 5.4 "P.I" heads and a complete pair of "98" non "P.I" heads in my garage currently. Picked up the 5.4 "P.I" heads for $300(CAN).
