I guess what I was tryin' to say was, I have made a commitment and nothing can sway me. There is alot of data that has not seen the light. I do not take it lightly when false accusations are implied. I'm no criminal and can and will prove it. Again if I have
insulted anyone...I had no intent to do so.

"Jeff from Daphne stole his L from the Ford place. He came in and jumped in it and ran. The bill was like 7,000 he didn't pay. Police have a warrant out for his arrest."

Kinda adds a whole new meaning to "drive it like you stole it."

When its all said and done could you post everything that happened since the time you put gas in before the first hole?

You must really like the Lightning to keep having it even after the first one close to 4 years ago got t-boned.

I wonder if Tim could shed some light on the legality of the issues at hand. I'm sure he can clarify the severity of Twisted's actions and the consequences to follow, if any.

I'm still in awe myself

I have been informed that the dealer could swear out a warrant for "Theft of Services"....also The Representatives in blue he sent to my home advised me it was a class B Felony charge. They were of course Gemtlemen. I informed them I was not resisting arrest and would gladly go with them and surrender My truck as well. They had no warrant and advised me that if they had reason to believe a Felony had been committed they could arrest me....They did not arrest me. I would say that means they did not believe I committed a Felony or any other crime. I have a couple lawyers on retainer, one Civil and one Not, that I really want them. Just in case I need some representation..or advice.
I own or have owned lots of Fords..I bought them new mostly.
I have owned all kinds of vehicles but always liked Fords the best.
I'm just tired of the bull****. I have been a customer of this dearship since it's inception. I hope to continue to do business
with them. I have always made it a point to be friendly.
I had plans to buy a Mercury Marauder that has sat on their lot since they hit the market and yes they do have it marked up above MSRP....I may just buy a KIA Sorento....right next door.
My wife thought it would be nice after the SHO. She likes Ford's
as well. I damn near traded the Lightning in on the HarleyDavidson they had sitting for a long time....I work for a Partner of Ford's....Sure hope they remain so...

Hope everything goes well for you. I wonder how the dealership would react if you did in fact purchase yet *another* car from their lot. By the way, the Marauders should not be marked up. There are two here in the local dealership (not even big ones) that have them stickered for MSRP. They are nice cars...

Actually I've been taking cancer treatments for my liver and my heartbeat is very slow..I have had Hep-C for over 30 years, contracted during a blood transfusion while I was in the Service . I get outta breath just walking upstairs to my home office. But thats another story.

Below is a post from Ford Truck World..A guy with a newer blown Harley Davidson....FYI

2/26 6:25a
Look closely at picture #1 in my gallery. See the oil lump intake, the round object with a screen on it, see all the junk on the screen, that means the engine was run for about 3/4 mile after trashing 4 rods, 2 pistons, hitting the heads, multiple handfuls of scrap metal in the oil pan, who knows how much metal pumped throughout the engine and blower. I want no part of that engine back in my truck, that is why we gave Ford a list of demands, they relented.
1. A NEW CRATE ENGINE installed.
2. They pay two truck notes.
3. Reword the warranty statement about "chip".
4. 5 year, 75,000 mile warranty.
I just wanted to know if it is an 02 or 03 engine???
Thanks
DT

Without knowing the whole story on the HD Truck, it's hard to make an assumption. Also, after reading posts on this forum for a couple years now, I've learned to not believe a lot of the stories with out some factual support. I've seen many claims on this forum only to be proven false latter on. Any dealer name involved here? It's very inconsistent with Ford's policy in the past
