Last night at Cheddars, I saw a black L with chrome 18" rims and (what sounded like) a full JDM exhaust. It had Oregon plates, though???? Maybe he drove down for A&M's fire training school? Anyway, was it any of y'all???

Hey I go to college here and have a black lightning (stock). I saw the one you were talkin about yesterday at taco bell on Harvey, but it was to dark to tell what the plates were but it matches your description.

he could have been from anywhere, it cost's 15$ a year to register a vehicle up there so people from all over register their cars there.
